food, glorious food.


BAMF cheesy chips from Panned Pizza on russell st... near little bourke (: they sell new york stye pizza and open till late! these chips are epic with sour cream and jalapeños~ they also do deliveries... P:

 aaron feeds me a shit tonne. this was MISSION IMPOSSIBLE from passionflower-- 13 scoops of ice cream and gelato!! freakin incredible. we destroyed it... i even dared aaron and marcus to scull the syrups and they did (: trolololo~ i copped out half way though. it was SO filling and made me feel disgusted with myself. they hire such pretty and thin waitresses... i swear i am literally twice the size of the girl :LL
by the way, before this, we had just had a rather filling dinner at the taiwanese street food restaurant on swanston st (that's the name!). it was SO authentic! reminded me of xiao taipei in brisbane... good well-priced food and very very tasty. i recommend the dumplings with crushed peanuts on top and black sauce or something... the sweetness of the sauce brought out the flavour of the meat inside~
 not gonna lie, i've actually done this twice before; once with my childhood friends in sydney (same chain store- passionflower), and another time at swensen's in singapore with casa friends :D

 had lunch with marcus today in st kilda! wonderful culinary experience *drools* this is a fried prawn salad with ebi mayo sauce. such a great surprise- it was my first time dining at a japanese restaurant run by angmohs (pretty sure) (: the salad was AH-mazing. aghh craving it now and the time is 4:30am D:::

 we walked in a huge circle and finally found the street in which lies the kitchen's greatest gifts... desssseeeeerrrrtttsss nmnomnomnom :D this pistachio cake is incomparable to Brunetti's... but still acceptable.

 a coupla weeks ago when lisa, martin, sam and i went to the Vegie Bar in brunswick :D it was très hip(ster).

 VEGAN NACHOS WERE DIVINE!!!
 angmoh gadogado seriously had me confused (as to why i paid 15 bucks for it...) and why is the sauce salty and not sweet or a little bit spicy?? why is there no ketupat?? and why were some of my vegies raw? WHY DA TOFU SO WEIRD ONE???

sam and i and our fetish for weird socks P: her's are on the right-- skulls with happy snakes poking out the eye sockets :D and mine are dinosaurrrzzz!!
