i am leaving oz for singapore in a coupla hours time

i'll just do a quick recap of grad first!

graduation was on friday, as you know. the ceremony with teachers and parents and etc was very lovely! cept for the roll call bit where mr duncan and ms gillispie mention something about each student; and duncdawg mentioned my incapacity to ever hand in an assignment on time... lol *not so much* it gets there in the end!! :D but my parents were like-- rahrahrah!! what did he mean by that! and im like *cowers in a corner* *dammit they found out :(*

mr jose looked like he was going to cry :) that's cuz his little foundation cohort bunch are finally all gone, and he'll never have kids as awesome as us :D! we were totally his faves lololo

he gave us each a gift to go with our grad certificate- there's a card holder, that he wants us to use through our lives. it has the qaci symbol on the case so that we remember where we all came from. :) AND he printed us business card with our names on them!! and actually took the time *for each of us* to write a message on one of the cards and laminate it. 

what he wrote to me:

the *something* and talent is obvious- the self belief, not so much. please believe in yourself! the future is your oyster.

i put in *something* cuz i think the card is in my wallet, in the luggage, and it's not so easy to get to :P cant rememberrrrr

after grad we had all the hugsies and stuff~ hun came late! i told him it went from 6-7, and he got there at 7; it actually ended at 8+++ D::: so he sat outside my school waiting :( the theatre doors were locked!

HE BOUGHT ME WHITE ROSES!!! gahh they're so pretty

and he's SO SWEEEEEEET~~ xD first time ever someone's bought me flowers *wheeee*

they're hanging upside down in my room, cuz i want to keep them dried :D

he had to leave soon after; his parents (his dad) got married yesterday morning~

SUPER CONGRATS TO THEM!!

anyways, the after party at school was so BRILLIANTLY organised and decorated!!! the fairy lights were out on the deck, and food was everywhere! THANK YOU GRADE TENS! you and your p&c parents are amazing :DDD! there was even a professional photographer- like the ones for formals! he set his set up right outside the refectory so we could get group photos and family photos too~

the AFTER after party was... a big blur

a night of illegal things mixed with more illegal things :3

the only thing i really remember is saying 'if a chicken cross bred with a spider, it would have like... 8 wings, and we can eat a lot; and if it's a centipede you'd have like a hundred wings. OMIGOD'

or something along those lines D::

ohh i had wine and champagne and vodka and cruisers- but all in little scabs off people :P

but first i had something much stronger, and much funner

my whole grade *minus bernice* was there~ fun to have one last gathering before schoolies, and before everything changes drastically

woke up yesterday morning on a couch, feeling super tired 

slept a lot yesterday

i guess my body isnt made for partying :(

my hangover from the after grad party last night is officially cured

but im still pissed off

the other day i was at the newsagent admiring supermodel daul kim as covergirl of RUSSH

today, i found out she hung herself in her paris apartment on thursday

dead baby cake

i baked sing a birthday cake today :D cuz i cant make it to his party on saturday :(

it was a box cake. the last coupla experiences ive had with baking from scratch have kinda scarred me (i.e. somehow confusing 4 ouces of sugar for 400g... i dont know how.)

so yeaaa it was a Green's golden butter cake!! and i bought blue writing thingy to... write on the cake

and i got little plastic babies and stuck them in so they looked like they were drowning,

and i drew little rings around the babies like water ripples and trashing drops

:) sing used to crack dead baby jokes all the time

and i based the cake on one of the jokes:

the clouds are rolling in

it was actually 40 degrees out yesterday; surprisingly cool today though

i discovered, last night, that im deathly afraid of lightning 

we (the famz) were outside, when the sky started to crackle and electrocute the clouds-- and suddenly i saw *maybe i imagined it* a huge flash appear right in front of me; i dont know if it was lightning, or if it was just lightning reflected off something

but i ran to the car and refused to come out anyways )::

i had an apple sitting on my bookshelf (top layer), and i forgot it was there until about a week ago, when it had already been there for... a month *probs more, actually*?! anyways... it looked totally fine on the outside, but i didnt take any chances. i got a plastic bag and lined it with a paper towel... and when i picked it up, i could feel that the insides of the apple were no longer D:::

it was completely squishy and SO SUPER GROSSSSSSS!!! i bet there were maggots or something in there, but i didnt look at it long enough to find out :(

the slimy apple sauce gunk thing got on my lomo fisheye, and now my camera smells like overriped apples. eew

i think im gonna get me some camera equipment from asia~

siam square, suan lum night bazaar, ride a tuk tuk!, floating markets, jatujak markets- find a vintage film camera, eat some strange street foods! *like... maybe an insect :O am i gutsy enough?? we shall see...*, rent a bike and explore the city, spa/facial/massage

WTF the computer is working so slowly cuz someone is newly addicted to korean music videos and won't stop downloading...

anyways; i took samantha shopping on saturday~ like i promised at the start of the year

we went hunting for her year 7 graduation dress, and found one she really really likes from Bardot

it's a strapless 3 toned dress

peachy pink on the bust, dark silver at the waist, and a navy bluish black on the bottom

it's knee length, and the bottom material is like... chiffony/silky and comes out at the hips like this: < >, and narrows at the end

i thought it was cute (:

after we went shopping, we stopped by southbank to say hi to the grammar&etc kids

we bumped into zoe and becky hall on the way there (friends from my old high school), and ended up dragging them along with us :D we reminisced about the silly boys and stuff~ and embarrassing times in math class (involving trying to impress a guy and failing so so so horribly)

we got to GoMA and realised that the easton pearson show had JUST been taken down, BUTTTT!!! OMGGG

the asia pacific triennial is coming baccckkkk~

i remember the last one like it was yesterday :)~ i cant wait to see it!
